This website is operated by GLORIOUS BEDS LTD trading as BLOOM BEDS UK (referred to as us or we). As a user of this website (also referred to as the buyer), you acknowledge that any use, including any transactions that you make, is subject to our terms and conditions.
When ordering with bloombeds.co.uk you consent to us sending you special offers and promotions by email.
The contract between us and the buyer shall be on these terms to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions.
The following terms govern the use of one or more of the following websites by you: bloombeds.co.uk. Terms which are specific to the use of this site are set out at the end of these terms, form part of them and are incorporated into them.

By using this site, you agree to the following terms of use (the “Terms of Use”) and our privacy policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use this site. bloombeds.co.uk reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter or update these Terms of Use. By accepting our terms of use, you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations or updates.
General
The information contained in this site, including but not limited to the rules that govern its use, may be subject to change. Your use of the site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the rules, as changed. Your confirmation of acceptance will be sought in respect of any changes which substantially affect your position under these terms.
Order Acceptance
If we accept your order, we will send you confirmation by email. The receipt of this email confirmation by you constitutes our acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract between us to sell the goods you have ordered, subject to these terms.
Although, following such acceptance, bloombeds.co.uk will always seek to meet the requirements of your order, there may be circumstances where we are unable to supply products due to unavailability (of which we were not aware at the time of confirmation). If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund the money for the unavailable products back onto your card or into your account.
If the payment process has not begun at that time, the money for such products will not be taken. bloombeds.co.uk’s acceptance is therefore subject to the availability of products following the receipt of the confirmation email by you.
Whilst bloombeds.co.uk endeavours to ensure that its descriptions, details and dimensions of products, prices and other information are accurate and up to date, errors can occur.
If we identify an error that materially affects your confirmed order, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with the option of cancelling your order in full or in part. If you cancel, the money for the cancelled part will be refunded (or not taken if payment has not yet been processed).
Prices and availability of products on the site are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered, and bloombeds.co.uk reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including after an order has been submitted).

All site design, text, graphics, and the selection and arrangement thereof are the property of bloombeds.co.uk, all rights reserved, or, in the case of product material, are copyright protected by the original owner.
Permission is granted to copy electronically and to print in hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of using this site as an information resource (or of ordering goods or services).
Any other use of materials on this site — including reproduction for purposes other than those noted above, modification, distribution or reproduction — without the prior written permission of bloombeds.co.uk is strictly prohibited.
Deposits
If you choose to pay a deposit for your order, you must be aware that the deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your order or return the product at a later date. Deposits will only be refunded if we cancel your order due to unavailability of a product or a pricing or offer error.
Discount Codes
Discount codes are restricted to one per customer, per order. Any order that attempts to combine codes in order to gain a greater discount will be cancelled and refunded. Discount codes are offered at our sole discretion, and we reserve the right to withdraw any special offer or discount code at any time.
Alterations
Any alterations made to orders may incur additional charges, which will be payable according to the alteration.
Delivery
Delivery costs are non-refundable for any reason. Whilst we will do our best to accommodate any delivery requirements and dates, bloombeds.co.uk cannot guarantee that these requests will be met.
Special requirements and delivery restrictions should be stated at the checkout in the notes section, or you should inform members of staff at bloombeds.co.uk as soon as you place your order.
In the unlikely event of damage being caused to your property by the delivery team, bloombeds.co.uk will not accept responsibility for any damages or expenses.
Please note that drivers can only deliver to your house or flat’s front door unless you have selected the assembly option. Please ensure stairways and doors are measured correctly, as if the bed cannot pass through, the driver will not accept the return of the bed or mattress.
We shall not be liable for any loss, economic or otherwise, arising directly or indirectly from any delay in the delivery of goods.
If you are unable to accept delivery, please inform us within 1 hour of the dispatch email or text being sent to you. If you are unable to receive the delivery on the day without informing us beforehand, there will be a charge of £60 for redelivery to your address.
Adverse weather conditions may delay your delivery.
Fitting
The fitting service offered on our website includes delivery of the bed to a room of your choice and assembly of the bed. This does not include dismantling any existing beds or removing old beds or packaging.
Please ensure stairways and doors are measured correctly, as if the bed cannot pass through, the driver will not accept the return of the bed or mattress.
Warranty

90-day warranty: We will repair or replace defective parts within 90 days of purchase.

1-year part replacement warranty: If any part of the bed frame fails within 1 year due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will provide replacement parts free of charge.
Exclusions: damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse or improper assembly.
Cancellation and Returns
Damaged or missing goods: Please check your goods on delivery. Report damages within 24 hours by email.
Change of mind: You have a 14-day cooling-off period during which you may cancel your order. We require written communication (email or letter) from you within this time.
Non-returnable items: Custom-sized beds, headboards, footboards or side rails.

Assembled or used items cannot be accepted for return.
Charges:

Wrong size ordered (not faulty) → £175 charge

Cancellation before dispatch → £75 administration/refund charge

Failed delivery (due to access or unforeseen issues) → £50 redelivery per bed
Returns based on dislike of colour or fabric are not accepted. We advise ordering free fabric samples before purchase.
Returns process:

Return costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Goods must be suitably packaged (do not tape or write on boxes).

Responsibility remains with the customer until goods are safely received by Glorious Beds Ltd.

We accept no liability for goods lost in transit.
