We stand by the quality of our products. All of our beds come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty, and mattresses from our Luxury Collection are covered for up to 3 years.

Warranty begins on the day of delivery. For any issues or suspected manufacturing faults, assistance with inspection, guidance, and next steps will be provided by the customer service team.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship and applies to all beds and mattresses when used with a suitable base. Please note: Items purchased as clearance or sale items, or used with non-approved bases, may not be eligible for warranty claims.

If a covered issue arises within the warranty period, repair or replacement will be arranged at no extra cost.

What’s Not Covered Under Warranty

While the warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, it does not extend to the following:

  • General wear and tear including minor scratches, scuffs, or natural changes in colour over time.
  • Damage resulting from improper assembly, including over-tightened bolts or incorrect installation.
  • Use of non-compatible mattress sizes or unsuitable bed bases.
  • Items used in commercial, rental, or institutional settings.
  • Moisture-related damage, such as mould, high humidity exposure, or water ingress.
  • Accidental damage, misuse, or damage caused during moves where the product was not properly dismantled and protected.
  • Accessories such as bedding, electrical parts, or mattresses unless specifically covered on the product page.
  • Unauthorised repairs or alterations made by anyone other than our approved service team.
  • When repairing or replacing an item, we will do our best to match fabrics and colours, though exact matches cannot be guaranteed due to variations in dye lots and material availability.

Warranty Conditions

To ensure your warranty remains valid, the following conditions must be met:

  • A valid proof of purchase (digital or physical receipt) must be provided upon request.
  • The bed frame must be assembled and used exactly as outlined in the instruction manual included with your order.
  • The product must be kept indoors in a dry, climate-controlled environment at all times.
  • All bolts and fixings should be checked and re-tightened 30 days after assembly, and then at least every six months thereafter to maintain structural integrity.
