Beds, Mattresses, Footstools, Storage Boxes: 5-10 working days.

Items with Mirrors or Custom Modifications: 5-12 working days from final confirmation.

Please note all delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on your location and order details.

Delivery & Assembly Options

Standard Delivery (Free)

All items will be delivered to the main entrance of your building. Couriers are not responsible for taking items inside unless a delivery upgrade has been selected.

  • Houses: Delivery to the front door.
  • Flats/Apartments: Delivery to the main communal entrance.

Room of Choice Delivery :

Upgrade your delivery and have your bed brought directly into the room of your choice.

Please ensure the path is clear and there is enough space for safe movement and placement.

Assembly Service :

Let us handle the hard work. If you’ve selected installation, our team will fully assemble your new bed on-site.

Please note: Your existing bed must be fully dismantled before our arrival. We’re unable to remove or dismantle old beds due to health and safety guidelines.

Additional Delivery Charges (Applies to Certain Areas):

  • IV, BT Postcodes: £30
  • Northern Ireland: £100
  • Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands: £40

Considering access

It is your responsibility to ensure that the furniture you have ordered will fit into your home.

It is essential that you carefully measure where your furniture will be placed and consider the route our delivery team will take to get it there.

Receiving your order

Once your order is confirmed, a member of our team will get in touch with you to share the delivery date, depending on availability in your area. The time slot will be provided a day before the scheduled delivery.

Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address on the given date to receive the order. A signature will be required to confirm receipt and acceptance of the items in good condition.

Important Delivery Notes

  • The time slot will be provided a day before the scheduled delivery.
  • The driver will also call you 30 minutes prior to arrival on the day.
  • If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule.

Redelivery charges will be applied, depending on your location.
