Access & Fit Checks

Before placing your order, please ensure that your chosen item can be successfully delivered into your home. Be sure to measure and assess:

  • Doorways
  • Staircases
  • Hallways
  • Narrow or tight corners

If our delivery team is unable to complete the delivery due to restricted access, a £80 return fee will be charged to cover handling and transportation costs.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Items that are custom built to your specifications such as non-standard bed sizes or personalised headboards are made exclusively for you. As such, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted on these bespoke pieces under any circumstances.

We recommend reviewing all specifications carefully before placing a custom order. If you have any questions, our team is happy to guide you through the process.

Refunds: How & When

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we’ll process your refund as quickly as possible. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used at checkout.

Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to appear in your account after it's been processed.

Return Collection Service

Need help returning your item?

Yes, we offer a collection service for eligible returns. If your item was delivered by our courier, we can arrange to collect it from your address.

  • A £90 collection fee applies and will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • Collections usually take 5–10 working days, and we'll keep you informed every step of the way to ensure a smooth process.
