Need to Cancel Before Scheduling Delivery?

No problem — if your delivery hasn't been arranged yet, you're free to cancel your order without any charges. Just get in touch with us via email, phone, or our help centre, and we’ll take care of everything, including a full refund.

Cancelling After Your Delivery Date Is Set

If you decide to cancel after a delivery date has been confirmed (via SMS or email), a £75 cancellation fee will be deducted to cover administrative and scheduling costs. To avoid this, please notify us before your delivery date is confirmed.

Missed a Delivery?

If you're unavailable during your scheduled delivery and haven’t informed us in advance, your delivery will need to be rearranged. A redelivery fee will apply based on your location. Our team will assist in finding the next available date that suits you.

Want to Change Your Delivery Date?

You can request a new delivery date at no cost if you contact us within 12 hours of receiving your delivery confirmation.

Need to make changes after that? An £80 rescheduling fee will be required to cover logistical adjustments.
